Palo Alto Networks has acquired Console, a two-year-old startup specializing in autonomous AI agents for IT help desk automation, in a deal valued at 500 million dollars in cash and stock.
Founded in 2024 with 29 million dollars in venture backing, Console will be integrated into the company’s Cortex platform. The integration will allow security teams to investigate and resolve routine technical alerts using natural language processing and autonomous workflows.
