Physical AI chip developer SiMa.ai has secured $150 million in a Series C funding round, pushing its valuation to $1.45 billion. The financing was co-led by Fidelity Management & Research Company and Amplify, alongside participation from several major tech and venture capital firms.
The company builds energy-efficient processors and software that enable robots, drones, and edge devices to run artificial intelligence workloads locally. By eliminating the reliance on cloud data centers, SiMa.ai’s technology aims to provide low-latency processing as a cost-effective alternative to traditional Nvidia hardware.
Having raised over $500 million to date, the startup plans to leverage the fresh capital to capture a larger share of the expanding physical AI and humanoid robotics market. This latest milestone follows a previous valuation of $960 million in mid-2025.
